Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at Felt Culture.
We hope you will love your order but if something is not right, you have 14 days to send it back to us from the day it is received.
We will refund you by the same method you used to pay. Orders returned to us outside of our 14 day returns policy will be refunded to you as store credit with an expiration of 12 months. Store credit will be issued in GBP only using the current exchange rate but can be redeemed against your local currency at time of checkout.
Items must be returned in a new or unused state with protective materials in place, tags intact and in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. You will be informed if we are unable to accept your return and therefore unable to grant you a refund. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us before proceeding with your return. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any customised or made-to-order products.
We offer free returns in the UK. If you're outside the UK, you'll need to cover the cost - but do still register the return using the link below, as it'll speed up the processing of your refund or store credit once your package arrives with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price only. However, if you were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Once we’ve received your items, please allow our fulfilment centre 5 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.
